Qualifying for the program:

To qualify for the program, students must request assistance and provide verification of their disability. Disabilities may include but are not limited to: physical disabilities, hearing impairments, and vision loss. Also served are students with learning and emotional disabilities, a history of substance abuse, and other disabling health conditions. Individuals who may qualify of services may include but are not limited to

  •  
    • Clients of California State Department of Rehabilitation
    • Persons receiving state, county, or social security income (SSI) based on disability
    • Persons who have job related disability and receive worker’s compensation
    • Students who have attended high school
