ConGRADulations to Luis Vasquez!

Luis is graduating from our Full Time Young Adult program. He’s 22 years old and currently works as a driver for Uber eats. His counselor from Manual Arts recommended him to come take classes at AFOC when he didn’t graduate with the rest of his class.  Luis originally came to AFOC in 2018 but was only able to complete 1 of the 4 classes he needed to complete to earn his diploma. After taking a little break, he returned in September of 2022 and completed his 3 remaining classes. This just goes to show that with a little perseverance, anything is possible. His next goal is to attend Glendale Community college. Ultimately, he wants to go to law school.
